Silver nanoparticles: Green Synthesis using Derris trifoliata Seed Extract and It's Applications as a Sensor, Photocatalyst and Antibacterial agent

This work focuses on the preparation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by a green synthesis using seed extract Derris trifoliata. The optimum time and temperature for extraction seeds were determined FTIR analysis. acted as reducing agent nitrate was used metal precursor AgNPs. Optimization reaction conditions AgNPs its characterization done UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, HRTEM SAED images. UV- Visible spectrum revealed characteristic SPR peak at 433 nm. images confirmed nearly spherical nature with diameter 2–20 H2O2 sensing capacity photocatalytic dye degradation investigated spectroscopy. Antibacterial activity E-coli bacteria also studied microtitre plate method.
